Moses baskets at Sudbury Baptist Church

We at Sudbury Baptist Church want to support families who need help to meet the practical needs of a new baby. We do this by supporting and working with health professionals who work closely with them.

We receive referrals from professionals working directly with families in need. We provide a Moses basket full of all the items both mother and baby need for the first few weeks. Anything from baby clothes, nappies, blankets to sanitary protection and toiletries for mum.

We do it because we became aware of a need in our local community and believed that we could play our part in making a difference. Every basket is lovingly prepared and provides a message of hope as well as practical items.

Everything is %100 volunteer led and we rely on donations to enable us to do what we do.

Where we do it

We cover Sudbury, the surrounding villages and Haverhill. Please contact us to inquire about your area.
